Substitute Teacher Charged 19 Counts – A Georgia substitute instructor has been captured and accused of 19 tallies of kid attack, police declared.
Staff at Mt. Zion Elementary School in Carrollton cautioned Carroll County specialists on Friday with respect to charges of offense by a substitute educator, Carroll County Sheriff’s Office wrote about Facebook.
